The deadline to fill this form is Saturday, June 6, 2020, 11:59 AM (IST). Applicants who do not submit this online form will not
be considered for admission.
Applicants who submit the above-mentioned online form will be selected based on the following criteria:
1) All full-time MS(R) applicants who have been shortlisted based on the GATE score will be selected based on a merit list
generated based on the GATE score. Such applicants are not required to appear for an interview.
2) All full-time MS(R) applicants from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTI) who have been shortlisted based on their
CGPA will have to appear for an interview through video conferencing.
3) All shortlisted part-time MS(R) applicants will have to appear for an interview through video conferencing.
The list of shortlisted MS(R) applicants who must appear for the interview and those who will be selected only based on

Interview Schedule
Interviews will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020 through video conferencing. Details on how to connect to video conference
and the exact time slot for the interview will be sent by a separate email after submission of the above-mentioned form.
Documents to be presented at the time of online interview:
Applicants must be able to furnish the following information during the interview through video conferencing
1. This letter.
2. Original degree and mark certificates of all qualifying examinations (starting from 10+2 onwards).3. Score Card of GATE /
NET / Other National Level Examination (if applicable).
4. OBC (Non-creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PH certificate (if applicable).
5. Sponsorship / No-objection Certificate (for Part-Time / Sponsored Candidates) (exactly in the wordings as given in the
information brochure on the PG admission website.
This call for exam/interview is subject to your satisfying the eligibility and shortlisting criteria for the above program available
in our IIT Delhi Website

1. Bachelors and /or Masters project dissertation
2. A one-page write-up on your research interests (For Phd Candidates)

3. Candidates eligible for Ph.D. (Full-time with assistantship) are entitled to reimbursement of Travelling Allowance for the
journey made in connection with the interview by shortestroute at sleeper class rail fare. TA/DA will be transferred directly to
your bank account. Forthis, you will require to have a bank account in your name. You will also need to bring the filled-up
TA/DA form that would require the following particulars:
