The responsibility for compliance with the Regulations is that of the Board of Directors of the Company. Our
responsibility is to review, whether the Statement of Compliance reflects the status of the Company's compliance with
the provisions of the Regulations and report if it does not and to highlight any non-compliance with the requirements of
the Regulations. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of the Company's personnel and review of various documents
prepared by the Company to comply with the Regulations.

Question No.1

Suppose there is an online shopping store which is providing online delivery of products to
customers at their doorsteps.
Transaction Processing System (TPS), Management Information System (MIS) and Decision
Support System (DSS) are different components/subsystems of Computer Based Information
System (CBIS). Keeping in mind given scenario, consider the following situations and identify
whether they are part of TPS, MIS or DSS.

Manager checks daily sales report of store.
On Pakistan Day, store plans to offers 23% discount to
customers whose order value is more than Rs. 10,000.

their regular customers for the last 6 months.
The store plans to start winter sale in January.

Consider the scenario of online shopping store given in Question No. 1, and identify two
structured and two unstructured problems in this domain.
