The Community College of Baltimore County would like to thank you for hosting a
Veterinary Assistant student at your facility. Without your participation, the program
would not be possible. Please take a moment to answer the following questions
regarding your student and your experience with this program. Your feedback is
important, both for the student in their decision to continue on this career path and for me as
instructor of this program.

Did the student adhere to the schedule as agreed upon by the doctor/supervisor and come
prepared with the appropriate attire and clinical folder?

Was the student respectful to doctors, staff, and clients and show compassion for the
patients?

Did the student take initiative to complete the tasks in the clinical folder?
Is there anything you would like to add to the course content of this program?

Do you have any advice or words of wisdom for your student as they decide if a career in the
veterinary field is right for them?
