SITE INSTRUCTION

Instruction No: PIR 492 Dated: 13TH OCTOBER 2008

This Instruction is issued with reference to: Hot Oil Modifications WP-SGP-13E/20/22L
– Stage 3

Description:
WP13E - modify the pipe work at the tie in point to enable turning the valve to its true
location because of the clash with existing pipe work
WP20 - move the North-South position 150mm to the west to avoid scaffolding.
Also have a clash with existing pipe work on a different isometric
