MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

(For Parking Lot Usage)

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into, by and between the Philippine
National Police (PNP) and SM City Bacoor.
PURPOSE
The purpose of this MOA is to acknowledge a free parking arrangement whereby the
PNP Uniformed and Non-Uniformed personnel will be provided use of a parking lot
owned by SM City, Bacoor, Cavite as depicted in Exhibit A, in order for the Personnel’s
to be picked-up by the PNP bus departing from there to CAMP Crame during
workdays(Monday to Friday). In return, SM City Bacoor and its lessees may utilize
spaces available in the city-owned parking lot, depicted in Exhibit B, during the
weekends and Holidays.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The term of the MOA shall begin on January 1, 2021. This MOA continues until
terminated by PNP or SM City Bacoor as described in this MOA.
2. Responsibilities of SM City Bacoor
A. Assure that signs are posted identifying PNP parking when used by
PNP.
B. Make every effort to make the parking space as indicated in Exhibit A
exclusive for PNP use during weekdays.
C. Ensure that all who will park in the designated area are properly
identified as Member or PNP, Uniformed and Non-Uniformed Personal.
Required identification should be required by the Parking attendant
and security before to the personnel before entering the premises.

3. Responsibilities of Philippine National Police

A. Ensure that all personnel submit their identification before entering the
designated Parking Space as indicated in Exhibit B.
B. Ensure that vehicles are parked in accordance with general rules of
SM City Bacoor parking management.
C. To allow the SM City Bacoor use of the PNP owned parking lot, for
parking during events, held on weekends, depicted in Exhibit B.
D. Use of said space, as depicted in Exhibit B, so as not to interfere with
PNP’s special events on weekends. Notify SM City Bacoor of any
special event that would potentially utilize the of the said open space.
PNP will notify SM City Bacoor, as far in advance as possible, of any
events that PNP schedules for the use of Government parking lot.
TERMINATION
This MOA can be terminated by PNP or SM City Bacoor by giving the other party ninety
(90) days prior written notice of intent to terminate.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement contains the complete understanding of both parties and may not be
amended, supplemented or varied except by an instrument in writing signed by both
parties. The validity and effectivity of this agreement shall be governed by the Laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.
