CA-G.R. SP NO. 168757 – GEOFFREY ARTHUR STOW vs. RTC, BR. 58,
ANGELES CITY, ET AL.

“A perusal of the instant Petition for Certiorari shows the following

defects:
1. the statement of material dates is incomplete as petitioner
failed to indicate the date of receipt of the RTC Order dated July 21,
2020 and the date the Motion for Reconsideration thereon was filed;
2. there is no payment for docket and other legal fees;
3. no Affidavit of Service accompanied the petition;
4. there is no proof of service of the petition upon adverse parties
and/or the court of origin;
5. no copy of the RTC Order dated July 21, 2020 granting the
demurrer to evidence was attached; and
6. material portions of the record as would support the allegations
therein and which were mentioned in the assailed Order were not
appended, to wit: Demurrer to Evidence (rollo, p. 8); Motion for
Reconsideration (p. 8); Motion for Inhibition (p. 17) and
Comment/Opposition (p. 17) thereon, etc.

The Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition outright.”
