PLEASE READ:
This plan is designed to be cut from ½” lumber. If you use a different thickness, you will need
to adjust some dimensions.
This plan is designed specifically for the Bluetooth Speaker Kit (Part # 300-7306) from www.PartsExpress.com
at the link below. If you use a different kit (or even the same kit), check the size of all parts against the plan
BEFORE cutting or drilling in case adjustments are needed.

Disclaimer Alert! By using all or part of these plans, you assume responsibility for your own safety, materials,
parts, and the outcome of your projects. Have fun, be safe, and follow all manufacturer's instructions when
using power tools and working with electronics. Don’t burn your house down!
I recommend using Acrobat Reader to print these templates. Always check your Printer Setup Options to
make sure they will be printed at “Actual Size”. Other settings can reduce or enlarge the templates, which will
throw off dimensions and scale. Some of these cutting templates are larger than letter-size paper and are split
across two pages. Simply overlap the pages, line them up carefully using the crosshairs, and tape them
together to make the template.

This is the right half of the FRONT panel template. The holes for the ports and electronics are odd
sizes due to the actual diameters of the parts that fit in them. You may need to drill a smaller hole,
then use a round file to enlarge the hole so the part will fit. On the back side of the front panel, you
will need to drill a couter-bore partially through for each electronic part, in order for the threaded shaft
of the part to stick out far enough to fasten with a nut.
