Dear Colleagues,
 
I would like to appreciate the great performance that you have shown in 2015. As we are now in the
new strategic direction to scale and impact and to ensure quality and sustainability which will result in
doubling our health impact in the execution of our mission; children by choice, not chance. I am
confident that we will achieve this ambitious our goal.
 
The year 2015 team members performance evaluation has been completed except for very few. The
respective increase in salaries will be paid out with this month payroll with back payment from March.
 
We are also undertaking salary structure, benefit packages, and per diem revision with the objective of
making MSIE’s operation more sustainable as we are moving forward in realizing the commercial
services that further leverages the charitable services that we are rendering to our clients.
 
Many thanks for your commitment to the new service setup and new strategy in serving our clients.
