Faith and Hope

Hello, I am Faith and this is my twin sister Hope. The

only difference between both of us is that I have darker hair and I
wear glasses. Hope is one-minute younger than me. We both study in
the same class. Grade 5. My best friend is Hope and her best friend
is me. When we were little and were at kindergarten, we wouldn’t

communicate with other kids and our parents found it

scary. They started talking to our teacher, Mrs. Spring about why
we weren’t leaving each other’s side. Then one day, Mrs. Spring
separated us both. She made me sit with another girl and made
Hope sit with another girl. We both were just staring at each other
that day and were continuously walking over to each other. Then
Mrs. Spring realized that Hope and I had an unbreakable bond. She
informed that to our parents and then they started to relax a bit.

So, last week something amazing happened for both of us. I mean,
Hope and me. She got A- in her English test and I got A- in
Biology! Our parents were so proud that they bought dinner for all
of us. I think we both aced the tests because we studied together
and helped each other in studies. Hope helped me in Biology and I
helped her in English.

But the next day a terrible thing happened. We both had a small
fight. It was rather very silly. Hope had a terrible cold, so I wanted
to make some hot tea for her. I was on my way to her room to
give it to her but my dog, Apollo accidentally came in front of me
and I tripped. Some of the tea spilled on Hope’s shirt and she was
pretty mad.

‘What did you do?! This shirt is new!’ Hope yelled

‘I’m sorry! Apollo got in the way! I made some tea and-. I’m so
sorry! I will wash it for you!’ I told Hope

‘Well, it won’t work! There’s probably going to be a huge stain on

the shirt! Oof!” Hope cried and closed her bedroom door

I sat on the floor, cleaning the mess while Apollo was sitting
beside me with a sad face, whimpering.

“It’s okay boy. I am not mad. It’s just that Hope’s never yelled at
me before so I am sad a bit.” I told Apollo patting him.

Then he became a bit happy and jumped on me.

The next day, Hope came up to me and said:

“Hey, Faith I am sorry for yelling at you yesterday. I was a bit mad
because the shirt cost me all my pocket money and-.” Hope said and
stopped when I handed her the shirt.

“I washed it. I spent 20 minutes cleaning it so the stain was gone.”

I said smiling
“Oh! Thanks Faith! You know, the shirt was for you. We are twins
and I put it on to make sure in was your size. It fit on me and so
now you can keep it!” Hope said hugging me.

“You’re welcome! Really!? You spent all your money on that! Thanks
sis!” I said hugging her back

“You’re welcome!” Hope said

Until now, we haven’t had a fight again. Hope is the best sister I
could ever have and she is my best friend forever!
