minutes prior to their scheduled appointment schedule to avoid long waits and to not
clog the consular office. Applicants who arrive hours before their schedule may be
refused entry and advised to come back closer to their schedule.

2. Applicants are advised not to bring accompanying persons during their appointment,
unless the applicant is a minor, senior citizen, person with disabilities and others that
may require a companion as determined by the consular office. Accompanying
persons may be refused entry if they have no business to conduct inside the
premises.

3. Applicants who wish to reschedule their appointments must send a request for a new
appointment date no later that 3 days prior to original appointment date and the
rescheduled date no longer than 30 days fron the original appointment. To
