UCI: 1104420775 Application: G000249266

Name: AL DAKHEEL, REEM

Family Size: 4

Dear AL DAKHEEL, REEM,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to complete the
processing of your application, you and your family members (see “Instructions” for more
details) are requested to attend an interview at the Canadian Embassy in Riyadh on
Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 02:30 PM. This interview is required to assess elements of
your application, including your eligibility as a refugee and your admissibility to Canada. You
should plan to arrive at the Embassy 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time.

If there has been a change in your marital status or family composition you must inform our
office by replying to this email.

You must inform the Embassy by email at least 48 hours before your scheduled interview if
you, or any of your family members, are unable to attend. This email should include an
explanation of your absence. If you fail to attend your interview and do not notify the
Embassy in advance, you will be considered non-compliant. This may affect the processing
of your application.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the applicant (and sponsor) to keep information on
file up-to-date, including any changes to the final destination in Canada. Otherwise, the
refugee will be destined to the community on record with Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada (IRCC) as per the terms/obligations of the sponsorship.

Please DO NOT bring your own interpreter. Our office will provide our own interpreter.

IMPORTANT: If you experience any symptoms of illness prior to your interview, such
as coughing, sneezing, fever, sore throat or trouble breathing, OR if you have been in
contact with someone who has those symptoms, please inform us as soon as
possible. Your interview will be rescheduled to reduce the potential spread of
infections.

Note: This e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address(es) you provided in your recent telephone conversation with our office,
during which you were advised to monitor your e-mail for written communication from an officer regarding your request.
