Tamo Tower, #220 Chino Roces Avenue Makati, Metro Manila, a former LEESEE of unit 1018 Tower
F Sea Residences, Sunrise Drive, Mall of Asia Complex , Pasay City, for and in consideration of the
sum of Pesos: One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Eight and 32/100 only
(P162,648.32), representing Rent Deposit Refund, do hereby release and forever discharge Eric
Charles Uy and Charlex International Corporation from any claim or liability of any nature
whatsoever, regarding or arising out of our LESSOR-LESSEE relationship which ended on August 24,
2020.
