There is no 1  lack of talent in this new exhibition of artwork by students at Greenwing Art C
­ ollege;

  much of the work is interesting and beautifully presented. And there is no question that a huge
3  amount of time and effort has gone into putting it together, so why is it a bit disappointing? For me, it’s
because we don’t see 4  enough really original or contemporary work. There are 5  plenty of paintings
but there are almost 6  no installations or video works or even sculptures. I would like to have seen a
7  bit of passion and some more experimental works. I felt that the 8  majority of the artworks here
could have been created twenty years ago by their parents’ generation.
