Hand-crafted exclusively for Fingal. This blend is a balance of different Ceylon teas,
combined with Assam, Yunnan and First Flush Darjeeling tea to create a refreshing and

Arbroath Smokie arancini Breakfast Blend
Made by expert tea blenders in Kolkata, India, it combines a range of Assam teas with a
Wye Valley asparagus, aged Parmesan tart touch of Darjeeling to make a rich and malty infusion that goes well with milk.

Prawn cocktail Earl Grey


A blend from Scotland with natural essence of bergamot fruit, enlivened with the
piquancy of the leaves of the bergamot plant and decorated with Scottish heather.
Fingal hot smoked salmon, cream cheese Gopaldhara TGBOP Second Flush Darjeeling
A fine single estate Darjeeling from the Gopaldhara Estate. Grown at high altitude in the
Beef pastrami, piccalilli foothills of the Himalayas, this broken leaf tea is full-flavoured and fragrant.

Hens egg mayonnaise, mustard cress Lapsang Souchong


A black tea originally from the Chinese province of Fujian. Lapsang leaves are traditionally
smoke-dried over pinewood fires producing its distinctive smoky flavour.
Roasted pepper, roquette, romesco
Chai Black
A blend of premium black teas and whole spices, made by hand in Leith. The result is a
Buttermilk plain and fruit scones, preserves, clotted cream sweet, aromatic blend that is at once warming and refreshing.

Sencha Kura Green


Chocolate & caramel This Japanese green tea is picked during the first harvest from the famous Shizuoka
region. The young tender leaves provide a fruity aroma and give a delicate sweet flavour.
Strawberry meringue Jasmine Dragon Pearl
Premium grade Chinese green tea from the Fujian Province. This hand-rolled green tea is
Blueberry profiterole naturally scented with jasmine blossoms, resulting in an exquisitely light, sweet green tea.

Macaron raspberry rose Highland Rooibos


A blend of South African rooibos combined with flavours picked from Scotland’s vast
wilderness. Blueberries and rosehips complement the rich honey taste of the rooibos
CHAMPAGNE AFTERNOON TEA £50 while rose petals and lavender add a soothing aroma.

Berry Hibiscus
Including a glass (125ml) of Moët & Chandon Impérial A floral infusion blending hibiscus with fruits and berries to offer a sharp, vibrant taste.

Chamomile Flowers
