DO THE ITALIANS EAT THE MOST PASTA IN THE WORLD?

Everyone knows Pasta was invented in Italy, but does it mean that this is the only food
they eat?
According to STATISTA researches, 82% of Italians eat pasta frequently, but in France, for
instance, 88% people admit they eat it very often.

So, are French more Italian than Italians themselves?
