PERFORM FOOT SCRUB AND FOOT MASK

Materials, Tools and Equipment

1. Basin
2. Soap
3. Towels
4. Nail Cutter
5. Acetone
6. Cotton
7. FOOT LOTION please get at the Beauty Care Lab
8. Water
9. Henna Powder ( BCS Lab)
10. Hydrogen Peroxide (BCS Lab)
11. Applicator Brush and Manicure Bowl (BCS Lab)
12. Milk Salt or Brown Sugar (BCS Lab)

Procedure:
A. Preparation
Note: Kindly mix the henna powder and hydrogen peroxide.
1. Wash the foot with soap and water, left and right foot. Then dry.
2. If there are nail colors present on the toe nails, remove it using acetone or nail polish remover.
3. Cut the toe nails using nail cutter
4. Wash the foot (left and right) using soap and water.
5. Dry the foot. (Left and right).

B. Foot Scrub (Scrub is milk salt)


6. Perform foot scrub. Apply the milk salt on top of foot (right and left foot).
7. Then massage (perform effleurage), continue the massage until the milk salt has been melted and
penetrated to the skin.
8. Wash and Dry.

C. Perform Foot Mask


9. Mix the foot mask paste (2 tbsp henna powder and 4 tbsp hydrogen peroxide) until melted icing
consistency is achieved. ( Mix this ahead of time, before doing the A. Preparation, you must mix the
henna powder and hydrogen peroxide).
10. Paste the foot mask mixture on top of foot (side by side and the sole of foot).
11. Let it dry on foot for at least 20 minutes.
12. Wash and dry the foot (left and right).
13. Apply foot lotion and massage.
14. Spray with foot deodorizer or benzalkonium chloride.
15. Dry the foot with a clean towel.
