POSSIBILITY OF SETTLEMENT

The parties explored the possibility of an amicable settlement

but could not come up with any agreement

STIPULATION OF FACTS

1. Accused MAGALLANES alias Tony, Ruiz and

Guadalupe are the same persons mentioned in the
information.
2. Jurisdiction of the court over the person of the accused
MAGALLANES alias Tony, Ruiz and Guadalupe and
over the nature of the offense (Violation of Section 5 of
Article II of R.A. 9165 and violation of Section 11 of
Article II of R.A. 9165)
3. That PO2 Legarda arrested accused Magallanes alias
Tony.
4. That P02 Ayala, P03 Taft and P01 Shaw arrested
accused Guadalupe and Ruiz.
5. The camera used in taking the pictures as well as the
printer used in printing it belongs to Police Station1.
6. That accused Magallanes alias Tony ,Ruiz and
Magallanes were arrested and was brought to Police
Station 1

It is understood that no evidence shall be allowed to be

presented and offered during the trial other than those identified
and marked during the trial except when allowed by the court for
good cause shown.
