Quality issues
Obvious quality issues will clarify if any situation happened and may struggle I
found that, it is the results of interviewees after conducted survey. Total 150
people from companies participate in this research as interviewees and they are
represented for thousands of employees in their companies. Because of differences
in believe, characteristics and knowledge that leads to information of 150
participants to be provided is not enough for representing the whole. Gender
inequality as people know, it does not on any side so that no matter the results of
survey are, I still have to do data analysis as well as finding and discussion in the
most honest way. Furthermore, the aim of this project is to understand gender
inequality so any comparisons only provides trends, threads or for understanding,
not for any evaluations of giving any prejudice.
Articles, books or other journals are also being guarantee quality in this project,
these are very important, not just provide data also source and theories. In order to
prevent any non-credit sources, in this project, I am going to use 2 tools which are
website support me findings quality sources providing base knowledge for my
search. Those tools are: SJR (scimagojr.com) for articles, books and journals
ranking internationally and Sci-hub (libgen.bban.top) for downloading journals or
articles in PDF and unlocking some sources if necessary. And of course all sources
in my project are also being referenced in Harvard style at the last paper of the
project.
