Experience Summary

 Working as BIM MEP Detailer, in Access Design Solutions Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. From Sept 2016 to till
date.
 on-site assignment for 3 months with JBK Controls WLL, Al Rayyan Stadium in
(Qatar ,Doha) as BIM MODELLER(Fire Alarm).

 Worked as a BIM Engineer “Magnasoft Consulting Pvt Ltd”, Bangalore. Since April- 2014 to Sept-
2016.

Highlights:

As a Team player, my roles and responsibilities follows in BIM Modelling and Detailing.
 Create 3D BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing , Electrical and Fire Fighting systems.
 Create 3D models for Architectural Building.
 Create 3D models for Foundation/Footing, Steel Framing and RCC Structures.
 Providing BIM detailing up to LOD300,350&400.
 Preparing builders work and as built drawings.
 Creation of Project template and organizing the project browser.
 Responsible for creating parametric families.
  Resolving the clashes using clash reports(Element ID) which are generated from Navisworks.
 Preparation of Coordinate drawings for all services and making clash free drawings.
 Produce 3D documentation for projects from Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks with limited LOD on a
project basis.
 Export 2D shop drawings from 3D Revit models.
 Generating Schedules(BOQ) from REVIT model.
 Preparation of Shop Drawings & Developing Sheet Layout.
 Changing and Modification of Drawings as per consultant comments.
 Preparing co-ordination drawings coordinated with structural, Architectural and
mentioned Mep Services.

 Project: Gosford Hospital, (Australia).

Activities: PHE modelling(LOD 400) and co-ordination for all MEP Services.

Tools used: Auto Desk REVIT 2016 , Navisworks Manage.

 Project: Al Rayyan Stadium ,(Qatar ,Doha) .

Activities: Fire Alarm modelling(LOD 400) including Cobie and co-ordination for all MEP Services.
