Greetings!

I write on behalf of my client, heirs of Benjamin Ildefonso, to

respectfully demand that you vacate the 41-square-meter portion of the
house and lot covered by Title Residential Patent No. 007602-17-007449
within 15 days from receipt of this letter. The said lot is property of the
heirs of Benjamin Ildefonso, and it is only a matter of time before they
assert their rights. I understand that being members of the same family,
you may harbor ill feelings towards kin for doing this. Should you be
placed in their position, and given their growing needs for their home,
you will likewise engage a lawyer to write this demand.

We expect your compliance to avoid further additional legal

action.
