1. Which of the barriers to inclusive schooling is a major challenge to school systems in

Philippines today? Give at least one and explain 300 words
 POOR ORGANIZATION OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM. Responsibility for decisions
tends to be located at the highest level and the focus of management remains
oriented towards the employees, another organization barrier is lack of
communication. A lack of communication can ultimately lead to low morale.
Because ineffective communication can create misunderstandings, missed
opportunities, conflict, the dissemination of misinformation and mistrust,
employees might just feel overall defeated. Ineffective communication can be
frustrating to employees, creating a breeding ground of distrust and confusion. If
workers don't have good lines of communication with each other and
management, and don't feel like they're being heard, their loyalty and
commitment to the organization may suffer. Among administrators, teachers,
staff, parents, and students. Also the studies and fact-finding commissions have
shown that the deteriorating quality of education is due to the low government
budget for education; poor quality of teachers; poor management of schools;
poor school facilities such as laboratory and library facilities; poor learning
environment; the content of the curriculum. Poor organization of the education
system is one of responsible to barrier of inclusive education.
