I forwarded September 2005 emails with Todd O'Donnell regarding our agreement with unpaid 
invoices submitted to OCFC for reimbursement.  I submitted the balance of invoices to get to 
$2,850,000 in anticipated future appropriations in October 2005. 
 
Please send amended agreements when they are ready for signature.  Please let me know if you 
need any one from the Freedom Center to attend the OCFC meeting in May.

I have attached Yahoo! performance report and bank system printout for December 2006 
investments at JP Morgan‐‐  market value was $21,361,728.37 including accrued interest.  
Year‐to‐date 2006 return was 4.65% for a yield of 4.97%.  No funds were deposited or 
withdrawn from JP Morgan investment account during 2006.  The official bank statement should 
arrive in the mail any day.

performance information.  I look forward to hearing from you soon.
