is the allottee of Flat No. 7 , 2 nd floor .shehnshah Akbar House ,Hussain D”silva Garden,
Nishter Road Karachi.
2 That I am presently residing in united states of America at 10315 lockharton court ,
Richmond ,Texas,77407 USA, and I had executed General Power of Attorney, vide Registration
No.905,Page No.15 to 16,volume 120,through Sub-Registrar T.Div .F Karachi Dated 10-12-1980,
in Favour of Mr. Mahmood khan s/o ch.Mahmmad Alam Khan who later died at Lahore.
3 That Mr. Mahmood khan s/o ch.Mahmmad Alam executed sub-Attorney(special power
attorney) Registration No 2192,entry No.4.jild No.265,dated 27-4-1992 at sub-registrar Lahore
to Mr.Mukhtar Ahmed ,who unfortunately also died later in Lahore.
4 That due to the death of mr.Mahmood Khan , I have Revoked the General Power of
Attorney,dated 10-12-1980 and therefore the power he executed to late Mr.Mukhtar ahmed
dated 27-4-1992,also became null and void .
5 That, now, I have executed fresh “General Power of Attorney” to Mrs.Parveen bibi,
CNIC # 42201-9468750-2 who is widow of late Mr.Mukhtar Ahmed and living in said flat since
long time. She has now rights to sell, execute lease, to apply or obtain for any
undertaking,noc,clearance certificate, give sub-power, transfer of shares of flat ,transfer, gift
,certificate or whatsoever be needed by her and to deal all related matters with all authorities
regarding said flat.
So, hereby, I inform you to please note all this and request to update your record and cooperate
Mrs.Parveen bibi in all respects regarding said flat.
