Step 8 Evaluation (1 points)

The strategy is relevant to the stakeholders as they are the students, parents, teachers, school administrators, and the Ministry of Education who are
committed to deliver and receive global quality education to be applied beyond the classroom. The stakeholders play a main role in demanding and
acquiring an education that meets the world’s needs and expectations. Appropriate Creating Meaningful Contexts for Learning in Web-based Settings is
an effective and updated way to contribute to reducing school dropout as a consequence of access to education. By creating this Web-based material
and its resources, students can study according to their time and pace. To achieve a good quality education it is important that as teachers we work on
what is in our hands, like thinking and preparing innovative and worldwide related topics and its materials to be developed in a virtual setting updating
our teaching methods and procedures. These actions do not require budget but time commitment from teachers and school administrators as agreement
and negotiations must be done between educational institutions in order to get free training for teachers, so they can develop their online material. A
great sense of responsibility and guidance from school administrators at “Sabino Eipacio Rosales Panchana High School '' to fulfill the project’s goals can
be done by creating collaborative networks between high schools and higher educational institutions. For the actions to be consistently implemented, it
needs profound support from the school administrators as teachers should be given the important matter to develop, update, evaluate and improve
their materials (activities, videos, audios, tasks, quizzes, etc.) to teach in an innovative and useful way. For this to happen teachers need training that can
be done by implementing in-house policies to promote free and accessible quality teacher training. Trained and qualified teachers will provide quality
education to students to reduce school dropout to change students’ lives, improve their living and learning conditions, and provide global citizens to the
society.
