Associate Management Consultant opportunity for new graduates – Oleto Associates

Due to strong demand we are looking for associate management consultants who can help set the
direction for CEOs and senior executives on complex international business problems related to strategy,
organization, operations and IT.

To qualify for the position of associate management consultant you must be amongst the best at what you
do. We require:
 Newly graduated holding at least a master's degree in economics, business administration,
engineering or similar with documented strong quantitative qualifications
 Excellent academic qualifications (top 10% of your class)
 Very good problem solving, conceptual and analytical skills
 Passion for complex multi-national business problems involving both strategy, organization,
operations and IT issues
 Ability to work effectively in diverse multi-cultural project teams
 An international mindset and global outlook, e.g., acquired through studies and/or working
experience outside home country
 Great interpersonal skills
 Willingness to travel as required
 IT literate with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
 Very good Danish and English language skills, both oral and written
 A creative side is a plus
