Brief History of arnis

Arnis was invented by Remi Amador Presas in 1974 before he moves on United States of America.
Arnis was developed by the indigenous populations of the Philippines, who used an assorted range of
weaponry for combat and self-defense. Encompassing both simple impact and edged
weapons, arnis traditionally involved rattan, swords, daggers and spears.

2.Importance of Arnis
Arnis is very useful especially to those who are weak people, it can be used in self-defense, it can teach us
discipline and self-control and It can be also an exercise to the people who loves this sport.
