Subject: Tentative Schedule of Examination for Each year

Following is the tentative schedule of Examinations conducted by Central Examination


Organization (CEO), O/o DGCA Each Year.

AME & PILOT LICENSE EXAMINATION:

Note:

1. Actual dates of examination shall be published in DGCA web Site / Pariksha Portal.

2. The last date for submission of application for AFIR / FIR is the last date of the previous month
and to be sent through Speed Post / Registered Post.

3. The software for online examination for Flight Dispatchers & Flight Engineers is under
development and examination for the same will be published shortly in DGCA website / Pariksha
portal.

4. The last date for submission of application for AME & Pilot License Examination shall be
intimated through DGCA web site for the respective session.

5. FATA online Examination are being conducted fortnightly on every 15th and 30th/ 31st day of the
month. In case of holiday examination will be held on next working day. The schedule of opening of
pariksha.dgca portal for FATA examination will be as follows:

6. Incomplete application and application received incorrect fee / mode of fee shall summarily be
rejected and no communication in this regard shall be entertained by CEO. The fee once paid shall
neither be refunded nor be adjusted for future examinations.

7. The fee for AFIR/FIR should be made through Bharatkosh under the relevant heads of
examination [Central Examination Rule 48(1) (i) (New Delhi), Tests and examination for licenses
and ratings Aircraft Personnel] listed in the Bharatkosh site. The fee acknowledgement / receipt
should be attached to the respective application.

8. No request for Change of Centre, Date & Paper for examination shall be entertained by CEO.

9. The envelope containing these applications must be super-scribed with the respective type of
examination. Eg. “Application for allotment of Roll for FIR /AFIR” as applicable or as mentioned
in the instructions published in DGCA website”.

10. Candidates are advised to obtain Computer Number well in advance (at least two months) before
the tentative schedule of examination for any desired session.
