FINAL EXAMINATION in HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION

Instructions: This examination is composed of five (5) items worth twenty (20)
points each. Read the questions carefully and confine your responses to an
analysis of the questions as written.

each paragraph by single spacing. Leave a left-margin of at least one inch on

The CHED in its CMO No. 5 series of 2018 listed the following as specific
professions and allied fields/occupation to which graduates of BS Criminology
may enter into: Criminological Research; Scientific Crime Detection and
Investigation; Crime Prevention; Law Enforcement; Correctional Administration;
Public Safety; Security Management; Criminalistics; and, Academe.

Pick or choose one specific profession or allied field/occupation and explain


how knowledge on human rights can be significant in that particular
profession/field/occupation.

Enumerate the constitutional rights and statutory rights under the Philippine
Constitution and other laws

III.

Compare and contrast said constitutional rights and statutory rights under
the Philippine Constitution and laws.

IV.

Explain the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice? How is it


similar or different from the jurisdiction of Philippine courts?

V.

What crimes are within the scope of the power and authority of the
International Criminal Court to investigate and try? Can an individual file a case
in the said court?
