THIS IS TO CERTIFY that pursuant to Permit to Cut No. 003204 issued on 23 February
2017 by Ms. Lourdes B. Grabador and Engr. Joel O. Pilapil, the four (4) Coconut Trees subject
thereof located inside Tacloban City Jail compound, this Barangay, were cut by Mr. Pablo Inot
on 25 February 2017. The cutting was witnessed by Ms. Claire P. Jabonete of PCA, Pawing,
Palo, Leyte and SJO1 Joshua O Toreno and JO3 Jason T Catubao of Tacloban City Jail, BJMP,
Tacloban City.

This Certification is issued for whatever legal purpose it may serve this 28 th of February
2017.
