Respected sir,

With due respect, I would like to inform you about the health condition of my baby. He is
suffering from cancer and is under treatment of it. (Show your actual problem and
situation). As my both parents work so it is not possible for them to be at the hospital all
the time and for this, I have to stay there on and off.

Unfortunately, I have missed my (Subject name) exam because I was needed at the
hospital on an emergency basis. As it was 1 st / 2nd terminal exams, I believe it can be
compensated by a retake or average passing marks. I shall be really thankful if you give
me a chance considering my problem. Please find attached medical report of my
grandmother. Thanks
