1.0 Background:
Job satisfaction impacted the overall performance of individual likewise
performance of the organization. In order to ensure the performance of
the organization we should inquire about the level of satisfaction of the
employees. ………………………………..

2.0 R&S process has impact of employee performance as well as


organizational performance. If wrong people are hired, organization must
suffer from different complexity….so it as imperative to know about the
authenticity of hiring process to make the necessary changes in R&S
process policy.

To examine the recruitment and To see the level of job satisfaction of


selection process of ABC HR managers working in private
company. organizations

7.0 Scope of the study


It is envisaged that evaluating Private of organizations located in
recruitment and selection Dhaka city will be covered in this
process is encompasses all study
departments and it can be
varied in different departments.
So, in this study will address
only worker category of
employee as mention in section
2(65) in Bangladesh Labour Act.

5.0 Methodology
5.1 Sampling:
Only 30 sample respondents (worker) will be addressed to collect data for
this study.
Sample population: 2500 worker/HR Manager
Sample unit: 1 worker / 1 HR Manager
Sample size: 30 / 30 HR Manager from 30 organizations
5.2 Sources of information – Primary source, secondary source
5.2 Data collection techniques and tools:
5.2.1 Technique: Interviewing, Observation, Administering written
questionnaire, FGD, using projective techniques etc…
5.2.1 Tools: Questionnaire, Checklist, structured questionnaire,
guideline

In the above table it can be seen that the organization using different sources of
recruitment and 66% respondents mentioned that they are fully agree with the
existing sources are contributing to hiring right people and the rest of the
respondent 16% agree with the statement and 16% moderately agreed.
