ABSTRACT
One of the most significant development in the field of organization in recent times it
the increasing importance given to recruitment and selection process. More and more
attention is being paid to proper recruitment process in order to acquire the best
personnel into the organization. The main purpose of this project was to evaluate the
impact of recruitment process on organization productivity, choosing Sygen
Pharmaceuticals Limited as organisation under study. The study adopted descriptive
design with a populations of eighty (80) and sample of eighty (80). This is because the
entire population was accessible. Questionnaire was used as the method of data
collection and the data was analyse using both descriptive and inferential statistics.
The study found out that recruitment has high association and therefore high influence
on employee competence. It was recommended that, there should be re-organisation of
the management of the organisation with the view of creating a policy that will
enhance better recruitment of the right calibre of workers.
