Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of HSE plan at the site.
Assistance with hazard/ environmental aspects identification and risk assessment
Conducting routine site Inspections to verify compliance with legal and other requirements.
To ensure that new machinery equipment and tools meet relevant standards and to complete the Pre-
entry inspection prior to mobilize into the project.
Ensure the in-house/hired employees/workers are entering at the site after induction and complying with
Project PPE list.
Providing HSE related advice to construction teams.
Preparation and issuance of HSE related Permits to Work.
HSE related documentation are kept and shall monitor the implementation of the Project HSE Plan
Conducts safety inspections in association with site staff to ensure those safe methods of work are
being observed.
Recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage, and loss. Assess incident trends and
review.
overall safety performances.
Participate in the Weekly site walk along with the Client Consultant.
