Toughest Interview Questions and Answers

How do you explain your gap in employment?
“During this time unemployed, I have been presented with various job opportunities,
however, I see in a bad way accepting a responsibility without first analyzing the whole
panorama so that both parties’ benefit. Therefore, from my perspective, this job is the best
option among all.”

When were you most satisfied in your job?

In my previous job we had to fulfill important projects in short periods of time, that's where my
skills arose and allowed me to fulfill each one of them in a timely manner. When I finished them
and they met each one of the conditions, it made me feel completely satisfied and happy with my
work. For this reason, I know that I will fit in excellently.

What did you like least about your last job?

There wasn't something I hated about my previous job, however, there was something that I disliked
every time it happened. I have a great availability of hours, however, I had to travel to other cities at
least 4 times a month, causing problems when organizing my work team. In a way I am happy that
in this position it is not necessary to travel so often and that today there are better ways of
communicating at a distance.

Describe a time when you did not get along with a coworker.
I remember that for a time a person within the work team argued with me constantly, causing
serious problems in the organization of the team. On one occasion I decided to speak with him at
the end of the day to clarify what the problems were. In the end we managed to realize that our
objectives were the same, however, each one tried to achieve it in a different way, and we managed
to agree to work better together.

What motivates you?

As I mentioned, something that made me feel satisfied was complying with the projects in the
established time. That same reason motivated me every time a new project was presented, being
able to do a good job meeting all expectations is without a doubt my greatest motivation.

How would your friends describe you?

The people closest to me always mention how responsible and dedicated I am to have a
responsibility; be it work or my family. I managed to fulfill each project with its established times,
likewise, I kept my work team united and organized, becoming an important part of the company.
