Valentina: good afternoon.

Mateo : good afternoon. What do you need?
Valentina : I'm looking for the manager Mrs. Paula.
Mateo: Sure , wait a minute.

Mateo: excuse me, remind me of your name
Valentina: of course, my name is valentina
Mateo: Valentina, Paula says she is waiting for you at the office, I'll take you there.

Paula: good afternoon. How can I help you?
Valentina: good afternoon, sorry for arriving without scheduling an appointment.

Valentina : My name is Valentina, I am a systems engineer and I have come to offer you a
routing software, who is the systems manager here?
Paula: Mateo, he's the one in charge. Let's take advantage of being here, come sit down,
apparently the talk is for both of us.
Mateo: Sure, Mrs. Valentina, do you need any kind of information from the company?
Valentina: It won't be necessary for now, I came to tell you what it is and how we could put
it in practice in your company. To begin with, you could tell me what product they
manufacture here.
Paula: our main product is wafers
Valentina: Well, do you know what a routing software is?
Mateo: no, I don't really know.
Valentina: routing software is simply a program that analyzes routes. They can be computer
routes and travel routes. For example, the programs that join the GPS system are routing
programs, since they allow us to obtain a route or an address.
Do you know how this software would help your company?
Paula:I imagine it is a system that will help organize some work area
Valentina: Well, it actually helps to plan the entire transportation and logistics issue of your
products. Mateo, do you take care of the routes too?
Mateo: I am the administrative manager, I am in charge of the entire product process after
leaving the plant, so… yes.
Valentina: Perfect then this product is perfect for you.
What do you think paula?
Paula: I don't know what benefits the software would bring us if there is already a logistics
area.
Valentina:This way they will be able to organize, plan and analyze what is the best route, the
best starting point and improve logistics by reducing costs and time.
