Greetings!

I am Joan B. Laroya, a third year student at the College of Accountancy under the BS in
Accountancy program.

In light of my intention to take the examination to be a Certified Tax Technician, I am

respectfully requesting for a certification duly signed by the Dean indicating that I have passed a
3-unit Taxation subject. The CTT Examination will be held on September 12, 2021, and one of
the requirements for non-CPA undergraduate students is the said certification.
