‘Enviro Wash’ is technologically advanced vehicle washing system which requires only 0.50 Liter of water
to wash an entire car. This unique product contains substantive polymers which bond to the paint and
protect it during the wash. It has benefits like faster washing, anywhere & anytime washing, no water run

ANNEXURE IV – FAQs
Q1. Can I use MG – Enviro Wash to clean the exterior plastic and engine parts?
Ans: The product is compatible with exterior parts like rubber/ plastic moulds, grills, painted and plastic
surfaces. However, we recommend use of cleaner and degreaser exterior solution to clean engine parts. MG
– Enviro Wash has some amount of wax component into it, for giving a glossy finish to painted surface. You
can clean the exterior glass also with the same if it is dirty.
Q2. Can I clean the car parked in sun light or open area with MG – Enviro Wash?
Ans: No. We do not recommend application on direct sunlight. We recommend the surface temperature
should be ambient, and application on direct light might make the product evaporate faster, thus leaving less
time for the applicators to clean the surface and re application might be required.

Ans: We don't claim durability of gloss for any no. of washes. It gives instant gloss after dry wash. When you

Q5. What is after effect of the paint surface?

Ans: Do not affect the painted surface, the product is water base cleaner and internal tests and various field

trial results showed no change in appearance and colour of the panel. The wax and UV inhibitors form a slick

layer on the car keeping it shining and protecting the paint colour.
Q6. Can the MG – Enviro Wash product be diluted?
Ans: No, we do not recommend dilution of the product. Dilution is 10ml in 1.5L water.

Q7. How long should the MG – Enviro Wash product be left on the surface after application
and before wiping?

Ans: Only few seconds are required and make sure to clean the surface before the product dries off from
the surface.

Q8. Can MG – Enviro Wash remove bird drop?

Ans: Yes, affected bird drop area need to be sprayed with water-less wash spray and wait for 1-2 mins and
wipe it with micro fibre cloth.
Q9. When to change the micro fibre cloths and what are the symptoms?
Ans: After water-less wash spray one micro cloth to be used in folded condition to remove dirt and each
time the dry area of the cloth to be used for cleaning. Do not use the portion the cloth once the dirt
transferred to the cloth. Need to change the cloth every time and do not use wet cloth for cleaning and
polishing.
