Executive Summary
Starbeans is a coffee shop located in Fuentes Drive, Roxas City. Starbeans wants to establish a
large regular customer base, we plan to provide a home away from home, offer high quality
coffee drinks as well as snacks.

Our main products will be higher quality of coffee products such as espressos, cappuccinos,
mocha, latte, and black coffee, and our snacks: shumai, burger, and bacon.

Strategically located within easy walking distance from the school, and mall. We intend to cater
to students, employees, tourist, local residents and travelers by providing plenty of seating
space and superior customer service with a trendy vibe.

Customer loyalty is what we aim for. The staff will be trained to provide quality customer
service. Each staff will be courteous, efficient and attentive. We will need to target our audience
early and often. We aim to have a lot of individuals to introduce our business to their neighbors
and colleagues.

Competition in the local area is somewhat sparse. The competitive edge of Starbeans is the
relatively low level of competition in the local area in this particular niche. Local customers are
looking for a high of quality product in a relaxing atmosphere. They desire a unique and classy
experience and that’s the edge of our business among others. The customers can also browse
and purchase our products through our website.
Company Profile
Starbeans is under the specialty eatery industry owned by Mr. Nikko Afloro. This year marks the
trends in different business particular in the coffee shop business and it is one of the reasons
why we want to put up this kind of business along with other products and quality services that
may contribute to more sales and profit. There are some coffeeshop in the area however as I
experienced and tried their products, I found out that it’s a way higher than our proposed
prices. It is one of the key factors I think my business will have an edge compared to them

There will be a various sales strategy put in to place, including posting specials on high-profit
items at the window. Our stall has a counter where the customer can order their desire coffee.
And also, we offered deliveries where our customer can order their desire coffee through our
website and can be paid through Cash-On-Delivery.

Our products are unique compared to other competitors. Customer’s loyalty is what we aim for.
We are also aiming for high satisfaction from our customers. The staff will be trained to provide
quality customer service. The area is considered clean, good atmosphere and a good place for
relaxation. The staff will also hand out free drinks coupon to those customers who have
purchased certain number of cups or orders. Starbeans pricing will be comparable to the
competition, but with the value-added feature of convenience and great customer service.
Customers can order through online we can sell both wholesale and retail. And we will have
partner courier company for shipment.

majority of coffee, specially, college students and local residents. The dominant target market
for Starbeans is a regular stream of local residents and students. Personal and expedient
customer service at a competitive price is key to maintaining the local market share of this
target market. Strategically located in area where has some competitors. Pricing will be lower
than the proposed by competitors.
Our plan is to create and sell a product that will generate customer buzz and excitement.
Getting our name for local businesses and residences quickly will improve our business. A
satisfied customer will be an integral in spreading feedbacks about our company and products,
this will push sales and drive our business.
We will utilize social media to advertise through promoter friends who use Facebook/Instagram
and other social media platforms for quick and immediate promotions. And we will make a
flyers, poster, tarpaulin to introduce our business we will display these at populous area.
