I’ve been very patient and I need to escalate this now. I’m filing a
complaint with the BBB today and spreading the word via social
media outlets to inform people about my issue. If I need to hire a
lawyer I will do that too. This is utterly ridiculous. I don’t know if
this is happening just to me but for everyone on your team to be
promising me I’ll receive my refund and then never getting it after
two months of consistent inquiries from me is flat out negligent.

understand you are upset, and it is our goal to see that this is
resolved soon. We will let you know when they have your
