Adding WOTECH participants.
Dear Eng Mahmoud,
Kindly be noted that GIS shall follow the designer requirements mentioned in FF design drawings issued by Onspec
and fulfil all standard requirements in NFPA 12 & NFPA 2001.
In Onspec drawings, the following is required:-
1- All carbon steel pipes shall be internally hot-dip galvanized.

2- All doors shall be automatically locked before gas suppression discharge.
3- All ventilation and louvers shall shut down automatically before system discharge.
The above points shall be shown in the shop drawings and performed by GIS/PTJ in terms of all necessary
mechanical and electrical related works.
