Dear Qamar / Musheer,
This methodology (mounting the CT’s via screws and penetrating/damaging the bus bars insolation’s)
is not a good workmanship & practice. Kindly rectify this PSS (STC Tower area) immediately to avoid
any such electrical hazard in future. Once done, invite concerned PJ & T&D personnel for inspection.
Furthermore, apply the same rectifications to other PSS’s (on-going Constructions) in Saudi Aramco
Bachelor Housing, RC Health Services, Ansari Hospital, and Golden Kindergarten, etc. Thanks.

I would like to inform that this the normal & general configuration from Al-Fanar side.
I have check today few Al-Fanar PSS and I found the same configuration in all.
Moreover the Insulation value from secondary to gorund found satisfactory.
Tomorrow Engr'Talha will take the PTWC for STC transformer and check again the insulation value from secondary
(Low voltage)to ground on 1KV for confirm the value again.
I had also shared the video also on your watsapps for your reference.

Please be informed that Distribution Feeder 2KA07 / 2KB07 is a Single Loop Distribution Feeder
and is currently on radial Mode, Due to Cut over work. If any Power interruption occurs in the
Subject Feeder, Power to Majority of the connected customers will be lost due to radial mode.
Please arrange to expedite to energization clearance of the newly Installed Package Substation
with Comments in Loop Thru Mode , in order for us to Operate in Loop Mode during Emergencies.
Note : No Deficiency was signed by all involved parties prior to the Spiking of the Loop Feeder.
