Dear Sir,

With reference to your above letter, we observed your comments. We also have received one letter
from BBA (Memo No.- 50.01.0000.601.024.058.17(V-4)-637) on this topic. The Contractor appreciates
your kind concerns regarding this issue (NCN-22, Real Time Safety Reporting System). We have
taken several initiatives to arrange this real time reporting system and now this system is working
successfully.

Several Meetings has been arranged with the Consultant about the contents of "Online Real Time
Safety Reporting System" such as user interface, language, information uploads system and flow
chart of this system etc. After confirming the detail contents, we have contacted with a renowned
software making company.

Completing the task according to our requirement, we got "User Name" and "Password" to use that
system. "User Name" and "Password" for the BBA and the Consultant also have been arranged to test
the system.

On the other hand, CCCC sent one letter No. CCCCfTUNNEL/2020/SEP/0407 to the Consultant and

the BBA on this reporting system as user guide line on 6 September. Every part of the system is
clearly described in the mentioned letter.

The system has been tested by using "Example of demo incident", and the system received all parties'
compliance. Now the "Real Time Safety Reporting System" is being operated successfully.
