    8. Payments Terms and Condition:


    i) 30% Payment as Mobilization and Advance Payment after signing the Contract.
    ii) 25% Payment after completion of pile works.
    iii) 25% payment after Completion of Base.
    iv) 15% payment after completion of all works.
    v) 5% Payment after FAC.

    9. VAT/TAX: Tax inclusive but Vat is not inclusive in the price.
