Dear Sir,

With reference to our discussions, we are pleased to place Work Order with you for the following work at
our Site at Salan Gaon as per details and terms and conditions mentioned below :-

Earth Work at Salan Gaon :
1 a) To make terraces as per levels required by cutting
& filling earth.
b) Road cutting as per levels required.
c) Dressing of general area in the complete site
area.

Time Frame : Work to be completed by 10th August 2019. Beyond this date, penalty @
Rs. 1000/- per day shall be levied till the completion of work.
Payment Terms: (i) 20% upon completion of Terrace 1 & 2 (Terrace starting from North
side of the plot)
(ii) 20% upon completion of Terrace 3
(iii) 20% upon completion of Terrace 4
(Iv) 20% upon completion of Terrace 5
(v) 20% upon completion balance area of the plot.

Terms & Conditions :

1. Invoice must contain Work order date.
2. Above rates are inclusive of all the taxes.
3. TDS and other govt. dues, as applicable, will be deducted from the Running bills.
4. All necessary insurance for material and manpower will be got done by you.
5. All disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.

With reference to your quotation and further discussions, we are pleased to place Work Order with you
for the following work for construction of Retaining wall at our Site at Salan Gaon as per details and terms
and conditions mentioned below :-

1 Random rubber stone masonry work with hard stone in CUM 3634.00 As per actual
1:6 cement mortar including all the materials excavation of measurement
foundation, P.C.C. weep holes pipe, coping on top of wall
and pointing wherever required.
2 Providing and laying plum concrete including form work,
(Plum site should be 200 to 300 mm and should not be
used more than 50% of total volume of Plum concrete)

Terms & Conditions :

1. Invoice must contain Work order date.
2. All necessary insurance for material and manpower will be got done by you.
3. Above rates are inclusive of all the taxes.
4. You should submit your running bill every 21 days for the completed work.
5. 75% of the running bill will be released after verification by our Project Engineer. 15% will be
released immediately after the completion of work and balance 10% will be retain as security
deposit, which will be released after 5 months of completion of entire work.
6. No advance will be paid for material or labour.
7. TDS and other govt. dues, as applicable, will be deducted from the Running bills.
8. All disputes are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only.
