WORK ORDER
SUBJECT – WORK ORDER FOR HIRING OF MOBILE TOWER CRANE FOR “SMART WORLD, SECTOR 61, GURUGRAM, HARYANA”.
We are pleased to issue this Purchase Order for our motioned Projects. Kindly place our order for the following: -

Terms & Conditions: -

1. GST Extra as applicable
2. Delivery & Installation Period– Immediate.
3. Our Purchase/ Work Order No. to be mentioned on all bill and challans.
4. Payment – On Monthly basis between 15-20 days after Invoice and GST will paid after GSTR1 filed by you.
5. Breakdown - Breakdown deduction is applicable, if crane is on breakdown more than two days in a
month.
6. Note: The rental price is fixed for per month.
7. The quoted rates are for monthly basis including two days breakdown.
8. Electricity/Fuel in our scope.
9. TPI done by you.
10. OPERATOR- Any extra Operator Cost will be Rs. 22,000/- on above rentals.
11. We will provide Personal Protective Equipment such as helmets and jackets. Safety belts, hand gloves
etc. as required/applicable shall be issued by Client on returnable basis.
12. Operator’s Accommodation will be provided at site.
13. The billing will start after commissioning of crane including TPI.
14. If the contract is pre-terminated by us or you, one month notice to be given by both parties.
15. TRANSPORTATION - one side cartage will be borne by us.
16. Mobile crane/Hydra required for unloading will be in our scope.
17. Shifting of tower crane at site will be borne by us in your presence.
18. We will provide Hydra or Crane as required by you during unloading. Safely unloading, erection etc. is
your responsibility.
19. If your WORK Period less than six months then transportation charges will be paid both side by us.
20. ENTRY TAX - Any other entry tax, if applicable, will be borne by you.
21. ERECTION, COMMISSIONING & TPI - will be in your scope.
22. We shall provide us adequate number of helpers / riggers required at the time of erection & dismantling
of crane to facilitate smooth erection.

23. Electricity Supply shall be provided by us with Earthling.

24. Concrete Bucket will be in your scope.

25. DISMANTLING COST - Dismantling charges will be your scope.

26. INSURANCE - Mobile Tower crane insurance will be taken by you.
27. 3rd party accident insurance / workers insurance to be taken by us.
