This has reference to the trailing mail regarding M/s Linde India claim for O&M from 22.04.2023. In this regard it may please
be noted that NMDC has issued the part commission certificate for ASU Train#2 on 27.06.2023 with effective date 16.06.2023.
However as per point no. 10 of MOM dated 16.03.2023 to 24.03.2023, M/s Linde India has to deploy additional manpower for
3.5 months for the operation and maintenance of ASU Train#2 after the commissioning and the same was also requested by
NMDC vide letter NSL/CGM(STEEL)/2023/15 dated 06.07.2023. However M/s Linde India did not deploy the O&M manpower.
At present the ASU train-2 is run by M/s Linde India commissioning team with the support of our O&M team.

M/s Linde India is claiming for operation and maintenance of ASU from 22.04.2023, which is prior to the effective date of
commissioning of ASU train#2 as indicated in the commissioning certificate. The same is not in line with the MOM dated
16.03.2023 to 24.03.2023.

In view of above NMDC shall take necessary action at their end.
