Dear PT. Fath Jaya Lestari,

After going through KPC tender sequences and getting KPC management approval, herewith we would like to inform
invitation email of Pre-Award Meeting, intended to PT. Fath Jaya Lestari as awardee candidate for both package of
Contract KPC-44-0258 and KPC-44-0262, period 24 months since commencement date on 19 Nov 2019.

This meeting will be arranged as following below.

It needs to remind that the Pre-Award is just preliminary announcement to the awardee candidate prior to the official
Contract signing by both parties.

This meeting is proposed to re-confirm all Contract scopes and ensure Contractor management preparation prior to
commence, but not limited to detail on agreed KPC Term & Condition, KPI & Contract penalty, materials & manpower
readiness, training & medical properness for all crews, and other issues.

Regarding the importance of this meeting agenda, we expect that PT. Fath Jaya Lestari will attend to above schedule
on time.
