Dear Sir,

PTTEP International Limited (hereinafter referred as “COMPANY”), would like to

invite TENDERER to submit a firm TENDER proposal for Call for Tender (CFT) No.
MMC22-5006 for the:

“Wellhead Platforms, Associated Pipelines and Brownfield Modifications

for Zawtika Development Project Phase 2A
(EPC2+T&I: Jacket EPC, Pipeline EPC and T&I)”

The TENDER DOCUMENTS for CFT No. MMC22-5006 will provide full details of
COMPANY’s requirements for the formulation of your TENDER.

TENDERER shall submit TENDER proposal in accordance with the instruction to

TENDERERS (ITT) on or before of the closing date and time which is:

4th August 2022 at 14:00 hrs. (Local time in Yangon, Myanmar)

TENDERER is required to ensure timely delivery of TENDER proposal to

COMPANY’s address on or before of above timeline and late submission will be
considered as non-compliance of the ITT and disqualify in evaluation process.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this RFP invitation by using the form given in ITT
Annex 1 and send the signed letter to Email: EPC02.TI-Z2A@pttep.com indicating
that whether a TENDER proposal will be submitted or not.

Please note that:

• Within 48 hours after the receipt of this CFT invitation, the Letter of
Acknowledgement (ITT Annex 1) shall be submitted to COMPANY,
• Bid Bond, in a form of Bank Guarantee (ITT Annex 3) of USD 300,000 is
required to submit for this TENDER,
• COMPANY, through Tender Secretary, will provide the download link to each
TENDERER for downloading of TENDERER DOCUMENTS.
