Sub: Tender Inquiry for Purchase of Transformer LV coil winding machine for In-house transformer repairing
centre at Navlakhi compound under HT Cell, Baroda City Circle.

Dear Sir,

MGVCL Vishwamitry East Div intends for Purchasing of Transformer LV coil winding machine for In-house
transformer repairing centre at Navlakhi compound under HT Cell, Baroda City Circle from Manufacturers /
Authorized Dealers. The Schedule B is attached here with.

If you are interested, you are requested to post /send your offers in a Tender Cover having 2 (Two) separate
envelopes /Covers namely 1) Technical Bid Cover containing papers / Documents related to GTP ,Test Report
& technical qualification etc. and 2) Commercial Bid cover containing your competitive rates in schedule B .
“Commercial Bid” will be opened only for bidders “Technically Qualified” & EMD Paid.

The covers /Envelopes should be super scribed by the headings clearly mentioning Technical Bid Cover and
Commercial Bid Cover along with the subject “Tender Inquiry for Purchase of Transformer LV coil winding
machine for In-house transformer repairing centre at Navlakhi compound under HT Cell, Baroda City Circle.”
addressed to “ The Executive Engineer , Vishwamitry East Division , J.N.Marg, Motibaug, Opp Rajmahel
compound ,Vadodara, MGVCL ,Vadodara -390001” The Two covers should be super-scribed Tender cover by
Quotation for cash safe. Hand Delivery is not acceptable.

Please note that tender not super scribed on related covers as “Technical Bid” & “Commercial Bid” separately and
without tender fee and EMD will not be considered.

No tender will be accepted /opened in any case after due date & time of receipt of tender, irrespective of delay due
to postal services or any other reasons and that the MGVCL shall not take any responsibility for late receipt of the
tender.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject one or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

Note :-
1. The Bidders have to Submit their bid in Two Parts,
a) Technical Bid :- Bidders will have to submit their organization documents like
 Copy of PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department.
 GST certificate Copy.
 EMD and Tender fee DD (In case of N procure Tendering / Tenders Downloaded from MGVCL
website)
 Any other supporting documents.
b) Commercial Bid:-
 Bidders have to fill their offer in Schedule –B along with terms and conditions provided with the
tender and submit in the commercial bid
 All the documents i.e. Schedule –B and Terms and conditions should be duly signed and stamp by
the bidder.

2. The Technical Bid and commercial Bid should be submitted in separate envelopes / covers and the covers
/Envelopes should be super scribed by the headings clearly mentioning Technical Bid Cover and Commercial Bid
Cover and both the Technical Bid Cover & Commercial Bid cover should be sent in a single cover on which the
Tender Subject and Tender Notice Number, Name of Sender Should be clearly mentioned. Tender Fee/EMD Fee
receipt No or DD No. should be mention on Technical Bid covers.

3. For eligibility criteria of Exemption in payment of EMD please refer “Commercial Terms & Conditions
of Contract – Point-2 (EMD)” available with this Tender Document.
4. Earnest money deposit will be accepted in cash or by Demand Draft on Allahabad Bank, Baroda in favour of
Madhya Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd. Cheque or Bank guarantee will not be accepted.

5. The completed tender shall be submitted by RPAD/Speed post only, in sealed cover super scribing thereon the
Tender Subject, Tender Notice Number, date and time of opening of tender, addressed to Executive Engineer,
Madhya Gujarat Vij Co.Ltd. Vishwamitri East Division.

6. In case of tendering through N-Procure, bidders will have to upload their bid in n procure and also send their
physical bid (As mentioned above, consisting of Technical bid and commercial bid) in time.

7. By not observing any of above mentioned condition / Nonpayment of EMD Fee, the bid will be straight away
rejected and no further query in this regards will be entertained.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.

9. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Baroda.
