Remarks:
 Tenders will be issued only to those contractors, who have valid PF number in accordance with EPF
and MP Act 1952 and as per guidelines issued by the Company time to time. Also, issuance of
tender does not automatically qualify the party to get contract. Documents are subject to audit.
 Tender papers & specification may be obtained from the Executive Engineer (O&M) Jasdan Dn.,
Jasdan from above address on the payment of non-refundable tender fee by money order or in cash
 as specified before 17.00 hrs. On the date mentioned in Col. No.5 above for respective tenders
shown in Col. No 2 against the date.
 Contractors must have valid solvency as Per Company’s rules.
 True Copy of work-orders of similar work carried out with PGVCL as an experience should be
furnished while demanding blank tender.
 All the tenders will be received by registered A.D. post or speed post only and shall be addressed to
Executive Engineer (O&M) PGVCL, Jasdan Division., Opp. Govt. Hospital, Gebanshah Society, Old
Power House, JASDAN-360050.
 No courier service or hand delivery will be allowed.
 EMD will be accepted in Cash or by A/c payee DD on the name of “Paschim Gujarat Vij Company
Ltd.” only.
 Rates are to be submitted by Registered post only (RPAD of Speed Post) with Date of Opening and
tender subject clearly mentioned on it.
 Tenders without EMD will not be accepted.
 Contractors will have to submit full documents set of all the legal papers required for the purpose
with rates quoted by them.
 Contractors will have to work under any sub-division as per the directives issued to them and
decision of undersigned will be final and binding under all circumstances.

 Detailed tender will be available at the (N) Procurement.

 SSI CERTIFICATE WILL NOT ACCEPT INSTEAD OF EMD.

 EMD AMOUNT OF THESE TENDERS MUST BE PAID TO THE P.G.V.C.L.,
DIVISION OFFICE, JASDAN.
 GST REGISTRATION NUMBER MUST REQUIRE. SO, PROVIDE GST NUMBER
WITH YOUR TENDER DOCUMENTS.
